Nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of the Monkerai Valley in the Gloucester region, our farm is founded on the deep love for our land and for the incredible animals we call family. Our journey began with a simple passion for a more sustainable, mindful way of living. Today, our beautiful herd of alpacas are at the centre of everything we do. Alpacas are truly the ultimate, gentle caretakers of the earth, naturally supporting a perfect zero-waste loop. They provide us with a dual bounty that we treat with the utmost care and respect. For the textile artist, crafter and spinner, they grow an exceptionally soft, luxurious, and hypoallergenic fleece that we harvest annually and process into premium batts, roving and skeins. For the passionate gardener, they produce a unique, nutrient-dense 'Black Gold' manure that enriches the soil and helps gardens thrive. Every single item in our stall - from our cosy fleece to our custom soil blends - are mindfully harvested, hand-packaged, and prepared right here on the farm. Whether you are creating a handmade textile masterpiece or growing a vibrant veggie patch and garden, we are so proud to bring a piece of Cloudy Hill Farm joy straight to your home.
