Your public profile in the directory — shoppers see it when you're attending a market.
Tell shoppers which markets you'll be at. Organisers can confirm your spot, which adds a ✓ badge on the public site.
Organisers post what they're seeking. Matches to your categories are starred.
A scan-ready code that links straight to your stall. Print it for your table so shoppers can find you on Market Crawl.
Your organisation has publishing authority — new listings go live immediately, already claimed by you and Confirmed Active.
Markets confirmed in the last 6 months show an ✓ Up to date badge to shoppers. Adding dates or confirming stallholders refreshes it automatically — otherwise a quick tap here is all it takes.
Save time by uploading a spreadsheet. Choose a market, then import its dates — or invite your stallholders in one go.
A CSV with a date column (YYYY-MM-DD or DD/MM/YYYY). Optional columns: start, end, note.
Each person gets a warm invite to join and list their own stall — they stay in control of their profile.
A CSV with an email column (or a single column of just emails).
Stallholders who've said they're coming to your markets. Confirming adds a ✓ badge on the public site.
The durable home for your group's contact details and socials — so listings never die when a volunteer moves on. You'll be the owner and can invite others later.
A scan-ready code for flyers and signage. Point it at your market's page, your next market, your organisation, or any link you choose.
A ready-made flyer inviting stallholders to create their free page — personalised with your market's name and a QR that links them straight to you. Print the A4 sheet (4 per page), cut, and pop them on tables, noticeboards and in stallholder packs.
Tell stallholders what you're looking for — it shows on your market's public page and in every stallholder's portal. Great for last-minute gaps ("coffee van needed!") or setting the tone ("handmade only").
Already keep your dates in Google Calendar, Outlook or your website? Paste the calendar's iCal (.ics) link and Market Crawl syncs your dates automatically every night — including your repeating pattern (weekly, or "third Sunday" style). In Google Calendar: Settings → your calendar → Integrate calendar → Secret address in iCal format.
Going the other way? Subscribe your own calendar to this market's Market Crawl dates — dates you add here (or by CSV) appear in Google, Apple or Outlook automatically:
For teams with their own systems: create a key to push dates and updates to Market Crawl programmatically. Keys are shown once — store them safely, and revoke any you stop using.
Browser-based tools from our sister sites — free, no signup. Open in a new tab and come back anytime.
Search the organisations on Market Crawl — market committees, community groups, councils — and reach out directly.
Tell your story — it's optional, and you choose what's public.
Every region, with numbers you can act on. Bold rows are the launched regions; others are still queued.
Council and local contacts for a region — permits, waste, tourism, and more. A shared reference for the team.
Make a scannable QR for a region — for your Canva Saturday posts, or to link the website to a Facebook group. Download and drop it straight in.
Paste the group's URL, then save. The QR will point here.
People who can help you run this platform. Platform admins can approve submissions and intervene anywhere. Regional admins can only touch their assigned region. Users must have signed in to the portal at least once before you can promote them.
Reserve a role for someone who hasn't signed up yet. They'll get an email; when they click through and sign in, their access is granted automatically.
See any region the way its regional admin does — pulse and stallholders below will switch to the selected region. Handy for spotting a glitch through their eyes.
How your region is looking — outside view and pipeline.
Tidy up details on a stallholder's behalf — fix links, update contacts, correct typos.
What each regional admin can do. Full capacity lets an admin set the access of other admins in their region (granting Full itself stays with site admins).
Organisations with publishing authority can create new markets and events that go live immediately — no approval queue, like auto-approve in a Facebook group. Time and honesty decide who earns this.
The outside view (what visitors see) and the inside view (the pipeline), region by region.

Pick a region (or search) to find any market, then invite its organiser. This is how you reach every listing.
Markets with no active organiser, never confirmed, or confirmed more than 6 months ago. Shrinks as organisers claim their markets.

Governance lives here. Day-to-day platform work is in your Site admin tab.
A site admin has invited someone to join the admin team. As Founder, you get the final say — nothing is sent until you approve.
The long-term custody of Market Crawl. These settings mirror your will — name the people your will empowers as executors, record who owns the platform, and step down when the time comes. Speak with your solicitor to name Market Crawl as a digital asset in your will; these controls make that actionable.
The entity that holds Market Crawl — a company you set up, or a buyer if you sell. Ultimate authority over the asset.
Standby access for the people your will names as executors — your daughter, your sister. Dormant until your estate is settled; they can then hand Market Crawl to the Owner per your will. You can fill in exact names and emails whenever you're ready.
When you sell or retire, stepping down retires your oversight role — the approval prompts and alerts stop, and the site admins carry on running things. Nothing else changes. Your executors' custodian access is separate and handled through your will.
New markets nominated through the public site. Approving copies the submission into the directory as a live listing.
